ABOUT
Paul previously lived in North east London relocated to Hertford. He’s been a practising fine artist for over thirty years with a long exhibiting history.
In 2014 Paul wrote his first book - A Toby in the Lane, A History of London's East End Markets - published by History Press.
Although he continue to paint and write, in 2015 due to some health issues his main focus switched to street photography. Since moving to London in 1992 from the Lake District, he has been fascinated by London's history and social culture. Paul’s photography is mainly based in London and coastal regions of Britain.
